MEET ERICA

With over 10 years in massage therapy experience, Erica shares what is important to her.

With over 10 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I have dedicated my career to helping clients find relief from chronic pain through focused, therapeutic bodywork. After a decade specializing in deep tissue massage, I have transitioned into a more specialized practice centered on TMJ dysfunction. I have advanced training in TMJ-related massage, including intraoral techniques and have been a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) for over 10 years.

In my spare time, I like to weightlift, tend to my bees, garden or do anything outdoors. I love spending time with my family the most! My husband, Paul, and I have 3 beautiful children, Evelynn, Mallory and Anthony.
