WHERE DO I START
Follow the 3 simple steps below to book your first appointment.
01.
Get a referral from a dentist, orthodontist, physical therapist or other healthcare practitioner for TMJ related massage. They can upload a referral on the "For Providers" page or you can email a copy to Referrals@EricaFenechTMJ.com.
02.
Book your appointment by visiting the "Appointments" page. Make sure you have a referral before completing this step.
03.
Complete the pre-visit forms by visiting the "Forms" page at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
